The best use period of tires after production
The combination of tires is made of rubber, cord, steel wire, carbon black, etc., which is a combination of various chemicals and rubber products. If it is left for too long, the tire will have problems such as aging and hardening.
However, the newly produced tires are not the best, because when the tires are just made, the oil content is high and the rubber molecules are unstable. After a period of time to release and stabilize these chemicals, it is the best time for installation and use. Six months after production is the best time to use,the rubber molecules will gradually stabilize, and it will be more elastic and wear-resistant.
After more than two years, the adhesiveness begins to decrease, and cracks are prone to occur after installation and use. If it is placed for three or four years or more, this situation will be more significant. It is not recommended to purchase and install such tires.
